Tube Field Telegraph
Yes,
this is genuine Red Army. These were made in the 1950s and 60s and used
in the vietnam war during radio silence. The tube based design is more
similar to WWII equipment. This telegraph sent an impulse along a cable
or wire to another telegraph (over considerable distance).
I purchased this from a collector and restored it to operation and
built it a power supply to replace the messy 45V and 1.5V battery packs
used originally.
